Personal training gives you the focus and concentration to make the most of every minute in the gym. Our team of personal trainers are dedicated to your success, whether it’s weight loss, pre-season training, rehab, or any combination. The Power Ten team has you covered. Our training clients come in all ages and abilities. We have trainers who specialize in functional training, body building, sport specific training, agility & speed, recovery & rehab, or overall fitness. If the concentration of one-on-one is not your preference, consider a semi-private session. Small group sessions with a friend can add an element of fun and competition; you might not even know you’re working.
Personal training sessions can be booked in 1/2 hour and full hour blocks. Additional discounts apply when you purchase in a series of 10 or 20 sessions.
