Steve P., MSPT, Owner, Physical Therapist

I have been fortunate to work in this industry for 25 years and in this community for over 20 years. As a former Division 1 and National Team Athlete, I bring the competitive drive of an athlete to every session. That, combined with my background as an Exercise Physiologist and Physical Therapist, allows me to modify all exercises for any individual to ensure you accomplish your specific goals safely. Whether your goal is to gain an edge for your upcoming season, achieve a healthier, stronger you, or need to address post-rehab injuries, I can help you accomplish it all. My fitness hobbies are running (I compete in endurance racing including marathons, ultra marathons, and Ironmans) , strength training for functional fitness, and rowing.

Gilmore L., Manager, Personal Trainer

Power 10 has been my haven for many years. It is a place to build and rebuild one brick at a time. I prefer a simple approach: learn and practice the basics, which I believe to be important for any fitness level. My goal is always to better the individual and reinforce good patterns so they have longevity in their training, with an emphasis on working on weaknesses and imbalances first. I strive for quality and your success is important to me.

Neda K., Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach

My name is Neda and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach here at Power 10!  My fitness journey began in April of 2018 with the goal of doing one push-up. Since then, my whole life has changed, as I fell in love with strength training, while continuing to push myself to progress more each time I was in the gym. I help my clients reach their goals of getting stronger, building mind-to-muscle connection, and progressing with each session.

Kyle G., Strength & Conditioning Coach

I am a Strength and Conditioning coach specializing in prehab, joint stability, mobility, and sports performance.  Additionally, I serve as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Port Rowing, helping high school athletes become stronger, more explosive, and faster both on the ergometer and on the water.  I graduated with an English degree from McDaniel College in 2018 and went on to become a sports writer and editor for a few years before deciding I’d rather be closer to sports than merely writing about them would allow.  I’ve been a member at Power 10 for almost 15 years and have been privileged to witness its development.  As a coach for P10, I can’t wait for the privilege of witnessing YOUR development!

Nick D., Strength and Conditioning Coach

I am a former two sport Division 1 collegiate athlete, football and lacrosse. I worked in finance for 5+ years and decided to leave the cubical to follow my passion. I do not like to overcomplicate things, therefore my approach is simple . . . work hard and work smart. My roster spots at the collegiate level were never handed to me. As a former walk on, hard work, discipline, and accountability are in my blood. I understand that no two people are the same, but all I ask from my clients and athletes is that you give me your best effort. If the effort and commitment are there, in time you will achieve your goals.
